Meeting yourself
Your feelings, thoughts and longings travel with you. Even when you keep going, adapt to others or are not quite sure what you need. Your dreams can offer a way to start listening again.
With Awakening, you open the first of DRUMI’s thirteen portals. This dream and reflection journal helps you connect what you experience at night with how you want to live during the day.
The theme is identity. Because who you are goes beyond your appearance, your work or the roles you fulfil. It is also about your values, your boundaries and your deepest longings. Through guided questions, you explore what your dream brings up for you, which patterns emerge and what truly matters to you right now.
From there, you make a small, personal promise to yourself. For seven days, you put it into practice in everyday life. Perhaps by setting a boundary, choosing to rest or making room for something you have wanted for a while.
Then you look back: what has this brought you? What would you like to carry forward? As you discover what feels right for you, your trust in your ability to rely on yourself can grow. You listen to yourself – and act on what you hear.
You make time to discover the world. You are allowed to make time for the world within you, too.
